Service Description

This service monitors uncontrolled or illegal acute releases of any toxic substance that can reasonably expected to cause adverse human health effects.

-  It conducts routine surveillance

-  It enhances surveillance for a database that incorporates multiple environmental and public health surveillance systems into one source.

-  It conducts prevention outreach measures through regional forums, data dissemination, and lessons learned.
