The State Budget Bill Special Provisions Language requires that the Division use 75% of the state medium income and adjust eligibility every two years to determine income eligibility.

The following sources are counted to determine eligibility for child care services: gross earned wages or salary, adjusted gross income from taxable self-employment, Social Security benefits, dividends, interest from estates or trusts, royalties and adjusted gross rental income on houses, stores or other property.
