This service provides a wide range of maternal health services to ensure that low-income pregnant women have access to early and continuous prenatal and interconception care and follow recommended perinatal care guidelines before, during and after pregnancy. Services include:

- Behavioral Health Screening
- Tobacco Cessation Counseling
- Reproductive Life Planning
- Risk appropriate levels of care
- Care Management Services
- Maternal Mental and Behavioral Health
This is accomplished by funding local health departments, community based organizations, health care facilities and universities to improve the health of expectant mothers and increase healthy births.
