As per 1998 amendments to the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, verified SSI and SSDI recipients are presumed eligible for services and are exempt from financial needs test criteria for Vocational Rehabilitation services.
For others not receiving SSI or SSDI, the following income eligibility criteria apply for these services:
Allowable net monthly family income is 125% of the current Federal Poverty Level
